Advice services
The Graduate Centre's advice services are offered as an instrument for the targeted promotion of early career researchers at all stages (from those considering doctoral study to those having completed their habilitation qualification).
The Graduate Centre provides wide-ranging advice services: You can make use of these services individually or in combination with each other.
- Advice on general matters relating to doctoral study and habilitation
- Advice on the Graduate Centre's funding programmes
- Coaching to develop individual solutions for problems arising in connection with to your qualification (as of 2021)
- Career advice to identify personal career options and your strengths and weaknesses.
You can also contact our ombudspersons whenever conflicts arise in your relationship with your supervisor
Students not pursuing a doctorate can request personal advice, also on career options, and obtain information on a broad range of events at the Centre for Careers and Competencies.
The LEHRE+ programme offers executive coaching for professors.
