Regional Studies Association: Student and Early Career Conference 2017

The Regional Studies Association welcomes submissions of abstracts to the annual Student and Early Career conference to be held in Newcastle, UK, 2nd to 3rd November 2017. This conference aims to provide PhD students and early career researchers opportunities to present their work, receive feedback, network, collaborate and socialise with others working in regional studies and related fields.

The conference will bring together a range of international participants from different disciplines to present and debate their work in a welcoming, supportive and stimulating environment. Participants will be able to enrich their engagement with contemporary research in the field and share the learning and lessons on charting a career path in the context of changes in the academic landscape and labour market in institutional and funding terms.
